ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Workday skilled with solid expertise in Workday Adaptive Integrations and Advanced Reporting. The role involves application design, requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering solutions aligned with business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an SME for Workday solutions and integrations.
Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Design and enhance applications based on business requirements.
Analyze complex data and support reporting requirements.




Review existing solutions and identify improvements.
Create and maintain application documentation.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Support team decisions and provide solutions to complex issues.
