Main Responsibilities
Assist in the design, build, configuration and testing of Workday reports and dashboards (standard and custom).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment with the global reporting framework.
Support the consolidation of HR KPIs and People Analytics indicators for project tracking and management reporting.
Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into Workday reports.
Document reporting specifications, guidelines and user materials.
Provide day-to-day operational support on reporting topics during project phases (testing, cutover, deployment).
Monitor report usage and propose improvements to increase adoption and efficiency.
Contribute to knowledge transfer and training materials related to reporting.
