About the Company:

We’re a high-growth finance company being built by founders who have built companies twice before and taken two successful exits .
We’re now building our next venture in financial services and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our early GTM team.
This is an chance to work closely with an experienced founding team, take ownership of the US market, and grow with the company from an early stage.

The Role:

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for building and qualifying the top of our sales funnel for the North American market .
You’ll research target accounts, identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold outreach, sales conversations, and the fast pace of building a current market.

What You’ll Do:




Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across the US/North American market
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify relevant prospects
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Book qualified meetings and create prospects for the sales team
Run high-volume, thoughtful cold-call and outbound campaigns
Personalize messaging based on prospect and account research
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM
Experiment with different messaging, prospecting approaches, and channels
Work closely with founders and the GTM team to refine the sales process

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales or a similar role
Experience selling into the US or broader North American market
Strong understanding of US GTM and outbound sales
Comfortable with cold calling and
