Job DescriptionThe Client Services Executive will act as the primary coordination point between the client and Metaverse911's internal teams after a project is confirmed. The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple people, deadlines and project requirements simultaneously. This is not a cold-calling or sales role. The primary responsibility is to make sure that clients receive the right solution, at the right time, with explicit communication throughout the project.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after project confirmation. N
Understand the client'sfinal requirements, timelines, venue details and deliverables. N
Conduct regular client follow-ups and project update calls. N
Ensure clients receive timely updates instead of having to continuously follow up. N
Document client feedback, approvals and changes clearly. N
Maintain skilled communication through email, WhatsApp, calls and meetings. N
