Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant Cum Dispatch Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities along with dispatch and documentation operations.

The ideal candidate should have basic practical knowledge of accounting, billing, invoices, Excel and Tally/ERP, along with positive coordination skills for handling dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts and payment records.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Assist with accounts receivable and payable.
Handle petty cash and expense records.
Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and other accounting activities.
Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports as required.
Coordinate with the Finance Head/management for accounting-related requirements.

Dispatch:
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices and delivery challans.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse and accounts teams for dispatches.
Verify quantity, product details and documentation before dispatch.




Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for shipment arrangements.
Maintain dispatch records and update delivery status.
Track pending and completed deliveries.
Maintain proper documentation for all outgoing materials.
Coordinate with customers/internal teams regarding delivery-related queries.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Practical knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of invoicing, ledger posting and accounting entries.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage accounts and dispatch-related responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Billing, Dispatch or Logistics coordination.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction materials, building materials or distribution companies will be preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
