Job Description – Supervisor | Offline Activation

About the RoleWe are looking for a Supervisor to manage and scale our Offline Activation operations. The role involves identifying and prioritizing societies, parks, and other hotspots for activation, mapping pharmacists to locations, and overseeing the on-ground logistics and operations required to ensure smooth and effective activations.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate societies, parks, and other hotspots suitable for activation drives.
Plan and manage the activation calendar across assigned locations.
Map and allocate pharmacists to societies based on coverage requirements and customer demand.
Coordinate logistics and operational requirements for on-ground activations, including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and manpower.
Supervise and support the on-ground pharmacist team to ensure smooth execution of activations.
Track activation performance and proactively troubleshoot on-ground operational issues.
Liaise with society management, facility managers, and other relevant contacts to secure and maintain activation access.




Coordinate with marketing agencies and external partners for activation support and execution.
Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and quality standards across all activation locations.
RequirementsEducation: B.Pharma degree is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in on-ground operations and team handling.
Working knowledge of logistics and operational coordination.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Robust planning, coordination, and people-management skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Comfortable working on-ground across multiple locations.
Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities simultaneously.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should have a pharma background with a strong operational mindset. They should be comfortable planning activation locations, coordinating logistics, managing on-ground teams, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple locations.
