We are looking for an energetic Person for our team to process to handle outbound calling and generate leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Follow up with existing customers and maintain call records.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain the customer database in CRM / Excel sheet
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil
Basic knowledge of Banking products
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Other Requirements:
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable with voice process / telecalling
No field work - only office-based calling
