We are looking for a Sales Executive – Commercial Interiors who understands the interior design / architecture industry and has a solid interest in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities Follow up on leads for commercial interior projects
Meet clients and understand their office/commercial space requirements
Coordinate with the design and execution team
Explain interior design concepts, materials, scope of work and project solutions to clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Convert enquiries into confirmed projects
Develop relationships with business owners, architects, builders, startups and corporate clients
Conduct client meetings and, when required, visit project sites
Maintain regular follow-ups and update the sales/lead pipeline

Achieve monthly sales and project-conversion targets
