Key Responsibilities
Public Relations: Build and maintain solid qualified relationships with nearby companies and partner organizations.
Counseling Services: Provide high-quality career counseling to candidates through online sessions, offline meetings, and home visits.
Team Leadership: Guide and supervise team members to achieve daily organizational goals.
Key Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both corporate PR and client-facing counseling.
Willingness to travel locally for home visits and client meetings.
