Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and guide the sales/export operations team. The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, customer follow-ups, monitoring daily work, supporting business targets, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, logistics and documentation teams.
Maintain customer communication and follow-up records.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Train and guide team members as required.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Team Leader / Sales / Export / Customer Coordination.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Valuable follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Confident, responsible and target-oriented.
