Store Manager – The Belgian Waffle Co.
Responsible for managing end-to-end store operations in a quick-paced QSR setting, ensuring smooth daily functioning, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team productivity.
Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and shift management.
Lead, train, and supervise team members to maintain service and operational standards.
Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective team coordination and customer service.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage stock levels, wastage, ordering, and coordination with vendors/supply teams.
Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, and employee performance.
