Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business prospects.
Visit industrial plants, companies, and project sites to generate enquiries.
Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order conversion.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team for smooth execution of orders.
Maintain customer records, enquiry status, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Develop long-term relationships with key customers.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email.
Ability to communicate confidently with industrial customers.
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of industrial safety products will be an advantage.
