Job SummaryWe are looking for a Foundry Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in the metal industry to supervise daily foundry production activities, manage workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth production operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day foundry production activities.
Manage and coordinate operators and shop-floor workers.
Monitor melting, moulding, pouring, and casting processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
Check the quality of castings and identify defects.
Monitor furnace operations and maintain proper temperature and process parameters.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce material wastage.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.




Identify process problems and take corrective action.
Train and guide workers on proper operating procedures.
Required Skills2–3 years of experience in a foundry / metal manufacturing workplace.
Knowledge of basic casting and foundry processes.
Experience in handling shop-floor workers.
Basic knowledge of furnace, moulding, pouring, and casting operations.
Ability to identify common casting defects.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to work in a production-oriented setting.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates from Iron Foundry, Steel Foundry, Aluminium Foundry, SG Iron, CI Foundry, or other metal casting industries can be considered.
