Job Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and appoint new Life Insurance Agents.
Build and maintain a solid agency network in the assigned territory.
Train, coach and motivate agents to achieve business targets.
Generate business through agents and drive sales of Life Insurance products.
Develop relationships with existing agents and improve agent productivity.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits and performance reviews with agents.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales, premium and recruitment targets.
Identify current market prospects and expand the agency network.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
Experience in Life Insurance Sales / Agency Channel / Agent Recruitment preferred.
