We are looking for Zonal Managers for the following roles:
1. Zone Manager – New Station Civil & Electrical CoordinationFunction: Field Bridge Layer
Reports To: MANA Head + Electrical Expert

Experience Required: 4–8 years
Location: Tamil Nadu & Telangana (new-build site clusters) with HQ coordination
Hiring Phase: Immediate

Role Purpose

Own on-ground civil and electrical coordination for stations under construction in the assigned zone, acting as the single point of contact between site vendors and HQ's Civil Expert / Electrical Expert until the station is commissioned and handed over to operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily execution between civil and electrical vendors at each recent-build site in the zone, ensuring work sequencing (foundation → structure → HT/LT electrical → commissioning) stays on schedule.
Conduct regular site visits across all recent stations in the zone, prioritising sites nearing critical milestones (transformer energisation, charger installation, CEIG/electricity department inspections).




Flag civil or electrical quality/delay issues to the HQ Civil Expert / Electrical Expert with enough technical detail to enable a fast decision, rather than simply relaying vendor updates.
Track statutory approval status per site (electricity department application, CEIG clearance, municipal NOC) and escalate blockers.
Maintain a zone-level current-station tracker (civil %, electrical %, commissioning readiness) for MIS/rollout reporting.
Hand over each site to station operations only after civil and electrical punch-list items are closed.
Daily coordination with HQ regarding status updates and blocker escalation.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 4–8 years in site execution/supervision for new-build infrastructure, ideally across multiple sites in a region.

Working knowledge of HT/LT electrical and civil execution sequencing

Reporting/tracker discipline

Indicative Annual CTC: ₹6–8 LPA
