Manage daily financial controls, cashier reconciliations, GST compliance, vendor accounts payable, and monthly P&L; accounts.
• Verify daily night audit reports, restaurant POS reconciliations, banquet billing files, and room collections.
• Reconcile daily cash and credit card settlements from outlet cashiers; manage bank deposits and petty cash.
• Process vendor payments against verified purchase orders, delivery challans, and kitchen store receipts.
• File monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and quarterly TDS remittances without delays.
• Prepare monthly departmental P&L; accounts, food & beverage cost reconciliations, and payroll disbursement.
