We are seeking an experienced GeM Service Portal Operator to manage service procurement activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying service requirements, preparing service bids, coordinating with service providers, managing contracts/work orders, and ensuring timely completion of GeM service procurement activities.

Experience in handling GeM service categories such as:
Manpower Outsourcing Services
Security Services
Housekeeping Services
Facility Management Services
Data Entry/IT Services
Transportation Services
AMC/Maintenance Services
Consultancy/Skilled Services
Other customized service requirements
Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of the GeM Portal, particularly the Services section.




Experience in creating and managing service bids.
Knowledge of service specifications, eligibility criteria, SLA requirements, and bid documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
Good vendor/service-provider coordination skills.
Ability to understand and prepare technical and commercial requirements.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple service procurement assignments.
