We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executive to develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, hospitals, dealers, distributors, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer engagement, follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote and explain company products to dealers, distributors, doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads into business.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information and solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure proper follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, payment follow-up, and customer support.




Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain proper records of calling, leads, orders, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Handle customer queries and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support the company in expanding its customer base and increasing business volume.

Desired Candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline; Science/Pharma/Life Sciences background will be
preferred.
1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English and the local language.
Customer-oriented and confident in handling clients.
Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
