A Picker/Packer is responsible for picking products from storage locations, checking them for accuracy and quality, packing orders safely, and preparing them for dispatch.
Key responsibilities:
Pick products according to customer/order requirements.
Check product quantity, quality, and item codes.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Label and organize packages for dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or damaged items.
Keep the warehouse/work area clean and organized.
Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
