About The Organic WorldThe Organic World is a leading retail chain offering organic, healthy, and sustainable food products. We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Team Leader to manage store operations and lead the retail team effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide retail staff to achieve daily sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Monitor store operations, merchandising, and product availability.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Train, motivate, and develop team members for better performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with store management for promotions and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
Maintain store cleanliness,



visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets, FMCG, or grocery stores.
Prior experience in team handling and shift management.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of inventory management and customer service.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail reporting.
