nA senior business leader to own the entire BPL Medical business for the North zone, with full P&L; accountability. You'll drive revenue, margin,



and profitability across the zone while ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction and service delivery. As the business scales, you'll build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional team, and play a central role in shaping strategy, market expansion, and go-to-market execution for the zone.

Own the end-to-end P&L; for the North zone, driving revenue delivery and growth against annual business Plan.n
Manage gross margin and EBITDA performance in line with approved budgets.n
Own Revenue and collections performance for across business verticals.n
Develop annual business plans and execute set territory/regional targets based on potential and business viability, involving regional teams to build ownership and joint strategies.n
Lead market expansion and district-level coverage growth — current account acquisition and market share growth in line with the annual plan.n
