Civil Site Engineer – Job DescriptionThe Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Manage and monitor manpower, subcontractors, and site activities.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.
Maintain site records, measurements, reports, and other project documentation.




Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.
Plan and monitor material requirements at the site.
Verify material quantities and usage.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
Support the timely and effective completion of construction activities.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–7 years of relevant experience in construction.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently.
Willingness to work at construction project sites in Bengaluru.
