About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, ads, and YouTube content.
Create engaging short-form videos with robust hooks and storytelling.
Add transitions, text animations, sound effects, music, subtitles, and other visual elements.
Edit and enhance footage to maintain WIPRZ's brand identity.
Work with the marketing team to create content for campaigns and promotions.
Select suitable music, footage, and visual effects according to the content.
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final exports.
Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
Requirements1+ year of experience in video editing preferred.




Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Positive understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
Knowledge of social media content and current Reel/Shorts trends.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Preferred SkillsMotion graphics and animation.
Basic graphic design skills.
Color grading.
Experience creating performance marketing/video ads.
Knowledge of AI video/image editing tools.
