Identify and acquire recent merchants/customers for Merchant Lending / Business Loan* products.
Generate leads through market visits, references, and merchant interactions.
Conduct regular field visits to eligible merchants and business owners.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify required customer documents and submit applications as per process.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
Achieve monthly sales, login, disbursement, and visit targets.
Ensure quality leads and proper follow-up until loan disbursement.
Update daily field activities and customer information in the company system/app.
