Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring suitable candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.




Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive candidate experience.
Key Skills & Requirements1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
