3–5 years of relevant experience in residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
Knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid understanding of residential construction processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
