Key Responsibilities:Video Editing:
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
Create engaging videos using B-rolls, captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.
Convert talking-head videos into high-retention content.

Creative Execution:
Follow the latest Instagram trends and viral editing styles.
Suggest creative editing ideas to improve content quality and engagement.
Ensure videos match the brand's style and storytelling.

Content Coordination:
Work closely with the content team to understand video requirements.
Manage multiple editing projects and deliver videos on time.




Review and improve videos based on feedback.
Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
Strong experience in editing Instagram Reels and short-form content.
Positive understanding of B-roll storytelling and audience retention.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:Experience editing business, marketing, educational, or personal branding content.
Knowledge of viral Reel formats and social media trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative setting.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
