We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and energetic Showroom Administrative Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our jewellery and gemstone showroom. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and experience in showroom administration, staff management, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall showroom operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Lead, monitor, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and VIP customer interactions professionally.
Oversee inventory management, stock verification, billing, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, operational requirements, and business development.
Maintain showroom discipline, staff attendance, duty schedules, and administrative records.
Ensure the safety and security of jewellery, gemstones, cash, and other valuable assets.




Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer footfall, lead conversions, and overall showroom revenue.
Supervise showroom maintenance, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Take overall responsibility for showroom performance and ensure effective implementation of management decisions.

Required Skills
Robust leadership, staff management, customer relationship management, sales coordination, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
The candidate must be trustworthy, disciplined, presentable, and capable of independently managing the showroom as the overall in-charge.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience managing jewellery showrooms or luxury retail establishments.

Salary & Benifits
Salary ₹25,000 onwards per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
