Job Role:
To welcome customers, understand their needs, help them choose the right products and provide valuable customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Support customers in product selection and purchase.
Arrange and display products neatly.
Ensure shelves and display areas are clean and organized.
Check product availability and inform the Store Manager when stock is required.
Support billing and packing when required.
Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
Support stock checking and other store activities.
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates
