Digital Customer Specialist (DCS) – Ayuda Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Ayuda Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Digital Customer Specialists (DCS) for its Ranchi office.
Candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, onboard users through digital platforms, and ensure high service quality. The role also involves customer support, risk assessment, fund disbursement assistance, and collections management.
Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduate (only Distance Education candidates are eligible), with 0–3 years of experience. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome. Fluency in Hindi and English, basic MS Office knowledge, and comfort with voice processes are mandatory.
Location: Kadru, Ranchi (candidates within 10 km radius preferred or willing to relocate).
Salary: CTC ₹15,780/month, In-Hand ₹11,946/month, plus performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000. Rotational shifts and week-offs apply.
