PlanningPrepare detailed project schedules and work programs.
Develop baseline and updated schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Compare planned progress with actual progress and identify delays.
Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
Coordinate with site, procurement, engineering, and subcontractor teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Track critical activities and project milestones.
Assist the Project Manager in project planning and monitoring.
