Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily/shift-wise production activities.
Supervise material handling, surface preparation, masking, and painting processes.
Monitor critical parameters like paint viscosity, spray booth temperature, flash-off time, and oven temperature.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Prepare and submit daily production and quality reports.
Train operators to support productivity and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related field.
1–2 years of experience in an automotive paint shop or production supervision.
Knowledge of paint shop processes, quality standards, and manpower management.
