Job Description:

MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our US Process team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting customers with loan-related applications, explaining loan details clearly, and conducting follow-ups through professional communication.

This role involves both inbound and outbound calls and requires candidates with good English communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan services.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Assist customers with loan-related applications and processes.
Explain loan details, terms, and procedures clearly to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding loan enquiries and applications.




Maintain professional communication and build a positive customer experience.
Record and update customer information accurately.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills:
12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior BPO/voice process experience are also eligible.
Good English communication and verbal skills.
Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a night shift.
