Key Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Sanitation
Wash Utensils: Hand-wash or operate the commercial/manual dishwashing station to clean plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, and trays.
Sanitize & Dry: Ensure all items are properly rinsed, sanitized, dried, and stacked neatly in designated storage areas.
Maintain Dish Pit: Keep the sink, dishwashing machine, and surrounding floor clean, dry, and free of food debris throughout the shift.

Kitchen Assistance & Prep
Support Chefs: Assist line cooks and chefs with basic prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, or chopping vegetables.
Stock & Unpack: Help receive, check, and store kitchen supplies, dry goods, and groceries in refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
General Cleanliness: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, empty garbage bins, replace trash liners, and clean garbage disposal areas at the end of shifts.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow local food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.
