Brownie Heaven is a dessert café serving brownies, cakes, ice creams, shakes, sundaes and other desserts.

We are looking for friendly and energetic Counter Staff / Sales Associates to join our team.
Responsibilities:Welcome customers and take orders
Explain our menu and recommend products to customers
Generate bills and handle POS billing
Collect cash / digital payments accurately
Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly
Serve brownies, desserts, ice creams and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
Ensure the outlet is ready before opening
Coordinate with the kitchen team for customer orders
Handle customers politely and professionally
Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
Support the outlet team during busy hours
What we are looking for:Valuable communication and customer-service skills
Friendly and positive attitude
Basic understanding of English/Tamil
Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage
Willingness to learn
Ability to work in a rapid-paced café workplace
Freshers are welcome
