Job SummaryWe are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in civil construction, interior execution and renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality, timelines and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily civil, interior and renovation works at site.
Execute work as per drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other agencies.
Monitor quality, workmanship and finishing at every stage.
Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
Plan daily activities and ensure timely completion of work.
Coordinate material procurement and site deliveries.
Maintain site records, measurements, work progress and daily reports.
Identify site issues and coordinate with designers/architects for solutions.
Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and site discipline.
Coordinate with clients and project teams when required.




Minimize material wastage and support effective cost control.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
Practical knowledge of renovation and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
Knowledge of materials, measurements and BOQ.
Positive contractor and manpower management skills.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle site activities.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Candidate ProfileDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant site experience.
Candidates with hands-on experience in residential construction, premium interiors and renovation projects preferred.
Should be willing to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
Strong focus on quality, timelines and execution.
