Job Title: Operation Officer
Experience: 0.6 months to 2 years in Banking / BFSI / NBFC Operations
Salary: Up to INR 3 LPA + Incentive
Languages: Tamil, English
Education: Any graduate
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
Support banking operations, handle transactions, and ensure compliance.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports.
Qualifications:
0.6 months to 2 years of BFSI operations experience.
Proficient in Tamil and English.
