Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to generate leads, interact with prospective customers, and convert them into recent Demat & Trading account holders.

The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain our trading and investment services, assist customers with the online account-opening process, and ensure the account is activated with the required minimum margin/funding.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake minimum 200 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
Explain the perks and features of Demat & Trading Accounts.
Generate customer interest through effective telephone communication.




Target a minimum 5% daily conversion rate from the assigned calling database.
Assist interested customers with the online Demat account opening/KYC process.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not completed their account opening.
Ensure newly opened accounts are activated and funded with the applicable minimum margin amount, in accordance with company requirements.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and account activations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations/KYC team to resolve customer queries and complete pending documentation.
Build and maintain a robust relationship with customers through regular follow-ups.
Adhere to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements while communicating with customers.
