Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit customer locations for meetings and business development when required.
Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and business opportunities.
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and internet applications.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits when required.
Knowledge of the Pune market will be an advantage.
