Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and account statements.
Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Assist with bank and account reconciliation.
Handle basic documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts and payment-related activities.
Prepare regular accounting reports as required by management.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive/Accountant.
Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
