Hiring: Telecaller

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Preference: Female candidates preferred
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and handle incoming calls when required.
Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Coordinate with the sales or support team regarding customer queries.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
Female candidates are preferred.
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to make regular calls and maintain follow-ups.
