Position: Business Loan Executive

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for Business Loan products.
Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful loan applications.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates and repayment terms.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer details.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements




0–6 months of experience in Sales / Telesales / Banking / NBFC / Loan Sales.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer handling will be an advantage.
