About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join as Graduate Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to site execution, design coordination, and project management, laying a strong foundation for a career in civil engineering and construction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities
Support preparation of drawings, BOQs, and material estimates
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progresses as per schedule
Assist in quality control and adherence to safety standards on site
Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation
Support senior engineers in project planning and scheduling




Learn and apply relevant IS codes, construction standards, and best practices
Participate in site measurements, surveys, and quantity take-offs
Assist with billing and contractor bill verification
Eligibility CriteriaB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025/2026 passing out batch, or as applicable)
Minimum [60%/CGPA equivalent] throughout academics
No active backlogs at the time of joining
Willingness to work on-site/across project locations
Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of AutoCAD, and/or STAAD Pro, Revit (preferred)
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and IS codes
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic site setting
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word
