Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and assist in resolving design conflicts.
Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
Update models regularly to reflect design revisions and construction progress.
Generate construction documentation and deliverables from BIM models.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models.




Support quantity estimation and material extraction from BIM models.
Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.
Assist in creating as-built BIM models upon project completion.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
Certification in BIM Modeling/Revit will be an added advantage.

Experience
3 to 8 years of experience in construction, building, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
