Position Summary

RAW Solar Energy is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct in office consultations, and close sales for solar energy solutions across Indore and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Lead Generation: Pitch solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients through cold outreach, field visits, and network referrals.
In office Assessments: Conduct preliminary site surveys, evaluate customer energy needs, and present tailored solar proposal options.
Deal Closure: Deliver sales presentations, address client queries, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with clients from initial contact through post-installation follow-ups to secure referrals.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, local market trends,



and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech or MBA/BBA in Marketing is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales or direct business development (experience in solar, EV, consumer durables, or real estate preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler for field travel within Indore.
