About the Role:
This is a performance-driven inside sales role at CivicX Media focused on driving revenue through consultative selling. You will interact with business owners, founders, and specialists, understand their growth challenges, and position our podcast and personal branding services as a solution to build their authority and visibility. The role requires a strong ownership mindset, commercial thinking, and the ability to operate in a rapid-paced, target-oriented workplace. It offers significant earning potential through incentives and a clear path for rapid growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to leads and prospects
Qualify leads and understand their business & branding needs
Pitch podcast packages and personal branding services
Handle objections confidently and close deals
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets




Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects
Update CRM with call status, follow-ups, and deal progress
Coordinate with internal team for shoot scheduling and onboarding
Maintain professional communication via calls & WhatsApp
Preferred Skill Sets:Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in high-volume calling and client interaction
Excellent objection handling and closing ability
High energy, aggressive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Basic understanding of social media / personal branding is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 0–3 years in sales / telecalling / business development
Languages: Fluent in Hindi & Marathi (English is a plus)
