Key Responsibilities :-
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet organizational goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Prepare and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.
Review and approve purchase orders and procurement contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities with inventory and operations teams.
Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and business requirements.
Identify prospects for cost savings and process improvements.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Collaborate with production, finance, warehouse, and other departments to support operational needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
