Telesales & Telecollection Executive – Hindi Voice Process

Our BFSI Client is hiring Telesales & Telecollection Executives for its Hindi Voice Process at Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products/services.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Call customers regarding pending/overdue payments and follow up for collections.
Handle customer queries, objections and payment-related concerns professionally.
Follow up regularly with customers and maintain accurate call/customer records.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/collection targets.

Candidate Requirements
Hindi and Basic English communication is mandatory.




Native Hindi speakers / candidates with Hindi as their mother tongue are preferred.
Solid communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven setting.
Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
Experience in Telesales, Telecollection, Telecalling, BPO, BFSI or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
