Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the life insurance telecalling/sales team.
Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
Guide team members on customer handling, product explanation, and sales conversion.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and conversion activities.
Provide regular coaching and support to improve team productivity.
Track individual and team performance and prepare reports.
Ensure achievement of business and sales targets.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
Maintain proper CRM updates and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or Team Handling.
Robust communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Target-oriented approach with valuable customer-handling skills.
