Role & responsibilities
Provide realtime support for meetings, events and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, network integration and connectivity.
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and system testing on AV equipment.
Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and advanced support.
Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information and incident logs
Ensure all AV systems are uptodate, clean, wellconfigured and presentable.
Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables at the client site.
Work onsite at client premises and support events or maintenance activities during versatile/extended hours when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/BE in Electronics,



Electrical, IT or related discipline.
12 years of handson experience in AV support / IT support, preferably working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
Solid troubleshooting skills in audiovisual systems, conferencing platforms and basic networking.
Valuable communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada will be an added advantage.
Willing to work 6 days a week or alternate Saturdays, and comfortable in fastpaced onsite environments.
Proactive, customeroriented and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
